It’s practically already assembled when you get it… This is one machine that actually really folds up to move out of the way… And oh my goodness, it is quite the work out. I have put on a significant amount of weight since the pandemic, and I really think this is going to help. I have issues with my joints, and I am able to use this. I think it will help with my mobility issues as well as I strengthen my core.

Amazing workout! I’ve been recently getting more into workouts for core and abs and I came across this product. I’ve been using it for a couple weeks now and it’s been working off a good sweat every time. Really fun to use. You can feel the burn whenever you’re using it. I’d say this product is really effective in fulfilling its purpose as well. The results would also vary in how much effort you actually put in your workout. It’s really nice to grind out workouts on. My personal favorite on these would be doing the vertical climbs. Other than that, amazing product, amazing workout. Really fun and really great workout.

Works upper, core, and lower muscles!

All parts were included with none of them damaged. I was able to complete the assembly within 15 minutes or a little less. Working out was straight forward and a real good workout. I love mine

This machine really works. It works muscles you didn't even know you had. And it's just like climbing a real ladder. When you climb a real ladder you know that burn that you feel the next day? Well this machine give you that burn. And for some reason when you reach for the high rung per se, it works your back muscles so if those are hurting it actually eases the pain. But that's just me. I'm glad I bought it.

Getting back into shape

I love this climber. So easy to assemble and I use it everyday. Folds up for compact storing. I fold it up, put it in the corner. When I am ready to use, unfold, turn on an episode and climb. It has a counter to keep track of steps. Definitely works the leg, buttocks, arms and back muscles. Not as easy as it looks. Feel the burn!
